DR. MICHAEL MONAGAN

My research area is about designing and implementing algorithms for doing mathematics.

I am one of the authors of the Maple software package for doing mathematics.

I really like programming and teaching mathematics.

Dr. Monagan's main area of research is computer algebra which is also called symbolic computation. He have participated in the design and development of the Maple computer algebra system since 1983.Dr. Monagan is also one of the founding members of God and Reason.
